We ask a few questions about your home and its plumbing, and if a test would help, we book a time to collect a sample before any equipment comes up. That way a softener or a reverse osmosis unit is suggested only when the results support it.

From there, the same person stays with you. Your estimate comes in writing, with every cartridge, fitting and hour of work shown on its own line, so nothing is folded into a single total. Along with it you get a set install date and a plain description of where the system will sit and how we will cover floors and cabinets while we work.
